Dr. Kritikos was born in Makrakomi, Fthiotida in 1978. He was admitted to the School of Dentistry at the University of Athens in 1998 and graduated in 2003 with honors.
He completed his military service as a reserve Air Force dentist at the Air Force Hospital (G.N.A). The following year, he specialized in laser dentistry in Germany and then pursued advanced training in Periodontology and Implantology at New York University, USA.
Returning to Athens, Dr. Kritikos began his professional career exclusively in periodontology and implantology, while continuing his scientific training through seminars and courses at universities in Germany, Switzerland, and the USA. His research focuses on gum-plastic techniques and osseointegration.
Since 2009, he has been the head of periodontology at his private clinic, Health and Smile, and at Eurodentica Clinic.
Dr. Kritikos is a member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the Athens Dental Association.
